1. Introduction and Definitions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all services provided through the TravelGenerait mobile application and website ("Service"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. "Company", "we", or "our" refers to TravelGenerait; "User", "you", or "your" refers to individuals using our services.

2. Scope of Services

TravelGenerait provides the following services:

• AI-powered personalized travel itinerary generation
• Augmented Reality (AR) environmental exploration
• Real-time weather information
• Currency exchange converter
• Travel plan saving and sharing

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation.

3. Account Creation and Security

You may need to create an account to access the full range of our services. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account; you must keep your password confidential and notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Use the services only for lawful purposes.
• Not use them in a way that infringes or disturbs the rights of others.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Not transmit harmful software or code.
• Not use the service for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Not share misleading, false, or rights-infringing content.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The TravelGenerait application, website, logo, designs, software code, and all content are protected by intellectual property laws. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using these materials for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited. Your rights over the travel plans you create as a user are reserved.

6. Paid Services and Refunds

In-app purchases are subject to the terms of the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Refund requests are evaluated according to the refund policy of the respective store. Purchased packages are valid for the specified duration and automatically expire at the end of the period.

7. Service Changes and Termination

TravelGenerait reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its services with or without prior notice. Your account may be suspended or terminated in case of violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by emailing us.

8. Limitation of Liability

TravelGenerait does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of travel plans generated by artificial intelligence. Users should verify travel plans with their own research. You must be aware of your surroundings when using the AR feature. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
